Janine Tougas is a corporate healthcare associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, focusing on healthcare regulatory and transactional matters on behalf of healthcare entities and investors. She is regularly engaged in a broad range of healthcare transactional matters in connection with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructurings. Janine has a breadth of experience with the complex regulatory landscape affecting life science, home health, rural health, physical therapy, women’s health, pharmacy, laboratory, pharmaceutical manufacturer, dental, specialty physician practice and veterinary companies.
