Overview

Tia Trout-Perez has represented clients in a variety of complex litigation matters in federal and state courts around the country. She has acted as counsel in a variety of cases involving mass tort, product liability, employment discrimination, contracts, insurance coverage, unfair and deceptive trade practices, state and federal False Claims Act liability, securities litigation, and litigation arising from Chapter 11 reorganization. She is widely experienced in all stages of high stakes litigation, including initial pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, trial, and appeal.
