Overview

Tony is a debt finance partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Tony’s practice focuses primarily on the representation of private equity groups and commercial borrowers in a variety of complex financial transactions, including capital call lines of credit, general partner facilities, management fee secured credit facilities, asset based/net asset value (NAV) secured credit facilities, debt restructuring transactions (including DIP credit facilities and exit financings), warehouse financings, acquisition financings, infrastructure project financings, real estate financings, notes offerings and other credit matters. His experience in private equity covers multiple sectors including real estate, energy, infrastructure, secondary and financial services funds.
