Austin Uhm is a corporate partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Austin advises private equity sponsors as well as public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, complex structured investments, dispositions, joint ventures and other significant domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, including those in the energy and infrastructure sector. He also counsels clients with respect to general corporate and governance matters.
