Carrie M. VanFleet is a partner in the Investment Funds Practice Group at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on advising sponsors of private investment funds, co-investment vehicles and separately managed accounts, covering numerous sectors and strategies, including buyout, credit opportunities, mezzanine and real estate funds. Carrie has also advised both sponsors and institutional buyers in connection with strategic investments in private investment firms.
