Kyle Victor is a litigation partner in the Philadelphia office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He focuses his practice on counseling clients in high-stakes disputes in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and other Pennsylvania state and federal courts. A trial and appellate lawyer, his substantive experience spans a variety of areas including mass torts and products liability, personal injury, commercial litigation, white collar and antitrust.
