Overview

Kyle Victor is a litigation partner in the Philadelphia office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Combining strong written advocacy with an understanding of trial strategy, Kyle has served on trial teams for matters pending in U.S. federal district court, Pennsylvania state court and in private arbitration. Kyle has also drafted numerous successful motions including dispositive motions, discovery motions and motions in limine, and he has argued an appeal in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Kyle’s litigation experience spans a variety of substantive areas including antitrust, white collar, torts, commercial contracts, breach of fiduciary duty, and fraud.
