Brian Walsh is a litigation associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He represents companies in governmental and congressional investigations, as well as civil litigation. Before joining Kirkland, Brian served as Associate Counsel to U.S. Senator Ted Cruz of Texas on the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee, where he advised on policy issues impacting constitutional, criminal and civil law, as well as on judicial nominations. He also clerked for the Honorable Sean D. Jordan of the Eastern District of Texas.
