Joe Walter is a litigation associate in the Boston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts across the country. He has experience representing clients in matters involving tort claims, contract disputes, antitrust and government matters, fraud claims, restructuring, and regularly advises the Firm's private equity clients and their portfolio companies on litigation-related matters. Joe maintains an active pro bono practice assisting veterans.
