Overview

Kyle Watson is a partner in the Houston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on strategically important transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, financial sponsor-management team partnerships, preferred equity investments and restructurings. Kyle’s experience covers a broad spectrum of matters in the energy and infrastructure sector, including matters related to onshore and offshore E&P, midstream, power generation, industrials, renewables and energy transition transactions. Kyle also counsels clients on impact and ESG-related investing, including advising on transactions related to the clean water, environmental services and education industries.
