Elizabeth Wauchope is an associate in the Technology and IP Transactions Practice Group in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. Elizabeth advises clients on the intellectual property, information technology, data privacy and data security elements of corporate transactions and other commercial agreements.

Complementing her transactional practice, Elizabeth advises clients on data protection compliance, including with respect to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
