Robert Welker is an antitrust and competition associate in the Brussels office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. Robert is a German-qualified lawyer with a rich background from his previous work on competition law in a major law firm, enforcement agencies, government and academia. His practice focuses on all aspects of European competition law and foreign direct investments (FDI), with a particular focus on multijurisdictional mergers and abuse of dominance.
