Overview

Nathan Williams is a litigation associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He represents companies in governmental and congressional investigations, as well as civil litigation at the trial and appellate levels. Before joining Kirkland, Nathan served as Chief Counsel to U.S. Senator John Kennedy of Louisiana on the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee, where he advised on policy issues impacting constitutional, criminal and civil law, as well as on judicial nominations.
