Petra Diamonds — advised the ad hoc group of creditors to Petra Diamonds on the company’s recapitalisation transaction.
Claire’s Accessories — advised the company on its groupwide restructuring proceedings and sale transaction, implemented via Chapter 11 proceedings in the United States, UK administration proceedings and local European processes.
Prior to joining Kirkland, Magdalena was involved in the following matters:
