- Advised Forebright Capital on the successful closing of Forebright New Opportunities Fund III, L.P., with aggregate commitments of over US$500 million.
- Advised Crescent Point Capital on the acquisition by Ares Management Corporation of the Crescent Point Capital platform, a leading Asia-focused private equity platform.
- Advised Panacea Venture in the formation of its second USD healthcare fund (US$276 million).
- Advised BGH Capital in the formation of BGH Capital Fund II (A$3.6 billion).
Prior to joining Kirkland, Douglas’s representative experience includes:
- Advised a US fund manager on the formation of a China Core logistics fund.
