• Carlyle on its acquisition of HCP Packaging, a global leading beauty packaging provider, from Baring Private Equity Asia. This transaction was named “Cross-Border Deal of the Year 2022” by the China Business Law Journal
• KKR on the US$210 million Series C fundraising round by Voyager Innovations, a KKR portfolio company and the leading technology company in the Philippines, including funding from KKR, Tencent, PLDT, IFC, SIG Venture Capital, EDBI and First Pacific
