Prior to joining Kirkland, Shuang was involved in the following representative matters:

• Representing initial purchasers in the whole-business securitizations of franchise brands such as Subway, Dunkin’ Brands, Jimmy John’s, Church’s Chicken, Primrose Schools, Servpro, Zaxby’s and Goddard Systems.
• Representing issuers, initial purchasers and/or structuring agents in securitizations of digital infrastructure such as CyrusOne, ALLO and Blue Stream.
• Representing a global private equity firm in connection with the music royalty esoteric securitization secured by Concord Music Royalties’ highly diversified catalog of sound recordings and songs.
