Lillian Xiao is a debt finance partner in the Boston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Lillian represents private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, public company borrowers, financial institutions and other institutional investors in connection with secured and unsecured bank financings, including acquisition financings, working capital credit facilities, broadly syndicated and private credit facilities, senior and subordinated debt and bridge loans. Prior to joining Kirkland, Lillian was a senior vice president at Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, where she advised its North America leveraged finance team on large cap broadly syndicated acquisition financings, refinancings and investment grade bridge facilities. Prior to joining Goldman, Lillian was an attorney at Latham & Watkins LLP, where she represented investment banks as well as private credit lenders in its banking and private credit practice group.
