Huanbing’s practice focuses on all aspects of antitrust matters, including merger control, government investigations and general antitrust counseling, representing clients in a broad range of industries, including technology, digital platforms, semiconductor, consumer goods and airlines. She is frequently part of a global team guiding clients through complex global proceedings. She has been involved in matters before the European Commission, the U.S. Department of Justice (“DOJ”), the German Federal Cartel’s Office, and regularly advises clients on merger control proceedings before China’s State Administration of Market Regulation and other APAC competition authorities.
