Sheryl Yang is an associate in the Investment Funds Practice Group in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP and a member of the Firm’s market-leading Liquidity Solutions Team. Sheryl’s practice focuses on advising sponsors and lead investors in connection with complex business transactions in the private funds secondary market, including single- and multi-asset continuation fund transactions, LP portfolio sales, preferred equity financings, fund recapitalizations, strip-sales, joint ventures and other bespoke structured liquidity solutions. She also has experience advising institutional investors on co-investments and primary investments.
