Seth Yarkony is a partner in Kirkland’s Chicago office and a member of the Structured Capital & Insurance Solutions team, focusing on private fund formation and structured capital solutions for leading private fund sponsors. Seth frequently advises on rated note funds and other insurance capital-efficient structures. He has extensive experience representing investment advisers in corporate, regulatory and compliance matters, including formation and operation of hedge funds, private equity funds, hybrid funds, funds of funds, feeder fund platforms, commodity pools, co-investment vehicles, single investor funds and managed accounts pursuing a variety of strategies across a wide range of geographies and sectors.
