Jamie Yatcha is an investment funds associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He advises investment fund sponsors as they form, raise and manage funds, including closed-end funds, interval funds, note feeders, business development companies and co-investment vehicles.
He also counsels investment management firms on secondary transactions, incentive arrangements, spin-outs, strategic mergers and separations. Drawing on his fund formation and firm governance experience, he helps sponsors align their goals through growth and transition events. His clients include middle-market, emerging and large institutional sponsors.
