Overview

Gretchen Yelmini is an associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She practices intellectual property law with a focus on copyright, trademark, trade secret and right of publicity law. She has worked on matters in federal and state court as well as arbitral proceedings.

During law school, Gretchen served as Editor-in-Chief of the Connecticut Law Review, a civil procedure teaching assistant, and a student advocate and research assistant for the Animal Law Clinic. She also received several awards for academic excellence

Gretchen maintains an active pro bono practice where she assists nonprofits in protecting their intellectual property rights.
