Terry has experience advising private equity sponsors, asset managers, banks and global corporations across a wide range of regulatory matters, focusing on EU and UK financial regulation including (inter alia) AIFMD, MiFID II, UK FSMA, ESG regulation, prudential regulation, ring-fencing, contentious enforcement cases, risk-advisory and various other securities and financial services laws and legislation.
