Caterpillar Inc. v. Venequip S.A. (N.D. Ill.): Represented Caterpillar Inc. in Section 1782 litigation seeking discovery from Caterpillar for use in a foreign proceeding. Defeated the petition in the district court and won the appeal in the 7th Circuit.
