Dan Zagoren is a litigation associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Dan’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including matters involving false advertising, mass torts, contract disputes and restructuring. He frequently guides clients through all aspects of the discovery process, including the preservation, collection, review and production of information in litigation and government investigations. Dan also has an active pro bono practice.
