• Discovery counsel for a major national transportation company in a high-stakes litigation matter, focusing on preservation, collection and review.
• Discovery counsel for a mining company, focusing on assessing and remediating discovery issues across multiple pending matters.
• Discovery counsel for an FDA-regulated company, managing voluminous document review and production across multiple related state and federal products liability matters.
• Developed template court filings, template legal hold notices and workflows to facilitate the preservation and collection of data for a national retailer.
• Assessed the integrity of migrated data subject to legal hold as part of a system decommissioning for a pharmaceutical company.
• Advised a nonprofit organization with the development of sound information governance policies and practices, including the defensible disposition of hard copy.
