Discovery counsel for a major national transportation company in a high-stakes litigation matter, focusing on preservation, collection and review.
Discovery counsel for a mining company, focusing on assessing and remediating discovery issues across multiple pending matters.
Discovery counsel for an FDA-regulated company, managing voluminous document review and production across multiple related state and federal products liability matters.
Developed template court filings, template legal hold notices and workflows to facilitate the preservation and collection of data for a national retailer.
Assessed the integrity of migrated data subject to legal hold as part of a system decommissioning for a pharmaceutical company.
Advised a nonprofit organization with the development of sound information governance policies and practices, including the defensible disposition of hard copy.
