Linda Zang is a partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Linda regularly represents corporations, investment funds and their portfolio companies in a broad range of financial transactions in and outside the United States, including the structuring and negotiation of bank and bond financings, complex secured and unsecured finance transactions, acquisition financing, and investments in energy and infrastructure assets.

Linda has substantial experience in a broad spectrum of industries including energy, natural resources, telecommunications, manufacturing, transportation and infrastructure. She offers her clients creative and effective solutions through her multidisciplinary and multifaceted approach.

Linda has repeatedly led transactions on behalf of Latin American corporations and investment fund clients in the region and is fluent in Spanish.
