• Presidio, a BC Partners portfolio company, in its $150 million offering of senior unsecured notes 
• Underwriters in connection with the initial public offering of Vaxxinity (NASDAQ: VAXX)
• 7 Acquisition Corporation (NASDAQ: SVNA) in connection with its initial public offering
• Allied Universal, a Warburg Pincus portfolio company, in its $4.5 billion offering of five series of USD, Euro and GBP-denominated senior secured and unsecured notes to finance the acquisition of G4S
• Norwegian Cruise Line in its $1.1 billion offering of senior unsecured notes

Prior to joining Kirkland, Lisa was involved in the following matters:

• BC Partners and Garda World Security Corporation in BC Partners’ recapitalization of Garda World Security Corporation and multiple secured and unsecured notes offerings
• BC Partners and GFL Environmental in unsecured notes offerings and other financing transactions
• J.P. Morgan Securities and the several initial purchasers in secured and unsecured notes offerings by, among others, Smyrna Ready Mix Concrete, Unisys Corp., Gartner, EQM Midstream Partners, Venator Materials, Enersys nd AAG FH LP
• Jefferies in an unsecured notes offering by AdaptHealth Corp.
• KKR and Envision Healthcare Corporation in connection with a bond to loan exchange offer
• Cigna Corporation in its unsecured notes offering and related tender offers
