Since joining Kirkland & Ellis, Vincent's representative matters have included:

• Represented an investor consortium on its acquisition and development of Subway’s China business, which operates the quick-service-restaurant business in mainland China under the master franchise granted by the SUBWAY® brand owner. It is the largest master franchise in Subway history and reportedly one of the largest across the global quick-service-restaurant industry. This transaction was named “Deals of the Year 2023” by China Business Law Journal
• Represented Nexus Point Capital in its leveraged acquisition and joint operation of Honour Lane Shipping Ltd. This transaction was named “Deal of the Year - Mid Cap” by AVCJ Private Equity & Venture Capital Awards 2022
• Represented Goldman Sachs in connection with the restructuring and overseas IPO of its portfolio company in the auto parts area
• Represented the Hong Kong Monetary Authority in connection with its minority investment in a US biopharma company
• Represented MBK in connection with its special shareholder arrangement of a portfolio company
• Represented Alibaba in connection with its strategic investment in Xiaohongshu
• Represented PAG in connection with its sale of shares in Yingde Gases
• Represented DST Global in connection with its preferred stock investment in an API startup in Hong Kong

• Represented Bain Capital in connection with its acquisition of World Wide Packaging and add-on acquisitions in China
• Represented Baring Private Equity Asia (later acquired by EQT) in connection with its equity investment in Cue Holdings Limited
• Represented China Huaxin Post and Telecommunication Economy Center in connection with its Chinese joint venture with Nokia Corporation
