Ted Zook focuses his practice primarily on complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and venture capital and growth equity investments. He represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in virtually all aspects of their businesses. Ted joined Kirkland & Ellis in 1988 and has been a partner since 1994.
