Overview

Catharine Zurbrugg is of counsel in the Litigation Practice Group in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Catharine has extensive experience representing industry-leading clients in complex civil litigation. Her current practice focuses primarily on complex, multiparty disputes involving mass torts.

Prior to joining Kirkland, Catharine represented clients in insurance litigation, securities litigation and regulatory investigations. She also represented the government in federal district and appellate courts as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney and as a supervisory attorney with the Social Security Administration.
