Anna-Carolina Zwinge is an investment funds associate in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP.
Prior to joining Kirkland, Anna-Carolina practised at renowned international law firms in New York, Luxembourg and Singapore. Anna-Carolina primarily represents European and U.S. fund sponsors and advises on the structuring, formation, fundraising and ongoing operation of investment funds, co-investment and continuation vehicles as well as related carried interest and other incentive arrangements. Her extensive experience spans across all asset classes, including private equity, direct lending, distressed debt, special situations, real estate and infrastructure assets.
