The Firm: Market sources particularly note this practice for its team of over 50 attorneys involved in outsourcing work. It earned praise for its customer-side work, although it also represents service providers. It built a historical presence in "some of the earliest outsourcing transactions," say observers, and continues to handle major work. Recent examples include advising a customer - a multinational investment bank - in the global outsouricng of its human resources functions, including implementation of a new software platform. On behalf of the service providers, the team advised on an IT outsourcing transaction involving PeopleSoft enterprise applications, and a hosting engagement with a major hardware and hosting services provider.
