Restructuring and Insolvency Handbook

The fifth edition of the Restructuring and Insolvency Handbook provides a user-friendly insight into the current rules and proposals for reform in the field of restructuring and insolvency in 41 jurisdictions around the world. The handbook also identifies recommended law firms and lawyers in various geographical areas with a rating of “Leading,” “Highly Recommended” or “Recommended.”

Kirkland was “highly recommended” among law firms in the United States. The Firm was also mentioned as one of two “leading” firms in Chicago, and was “recommended” in London, Los Angeles, New York and San Francisco.

New York partner Richard Cieri and Los Angeles partner Richard Wynne were both named “highly recommended,” and London partner Lyndon Norley was “recommended” among bankruptcy attorneys in their respective locations.
