California: Other Notable Practitioners
At Kirkland & Ellis LLP, Mark Holscher maintains a reputation as a "strategic thinker and a first-rate trial lawyer." This "fierce litigator" has worked on several headline cases; for example, he was one of the trial lawyers representing Jeff Skilling, the former CEO of Enron, in his criminal prosecution. Recently he has been representing BP in matters involving criminal environmental issues.
