The Firm: The Kirkland tax team works closely with the firm's corporate, fund formation and restructuring departments in order to provide a broad and sophisticated service. The London practice has enhanced its healthy reputation in all areas with some significant transactions. For example, the team was involved in the representation of Bain Capital and Advent International in the high-profile £2 billion acquisition of RBS Worldpay in a complex LBO. On the fund formation side, the group advises major clients in tax efficiency and infrastructure funds.
