Minority 40 Under 40

The National Law Journal selected litigation partner Philippa Scarlett for its "Minority 40 Under 40" feature, which recognized diverse attorneys at law firms and in government, academia and public interest positions. The publication discussed Ms. Scarlett's work in the U.S. Supreme court case Pliva Inc. v. Mensing as well as her pro bono representation of thousands of low-income Maryland residents in helping them receive public benefits from the state department of human resources in a timely manner.
