Intellectual Property Hot List

Kirkland was named to the "Intellectual Property Hot List," The National Law Journal's inaugural survey of the 20 top law firms that excel in providing patent, copyright and trademark legal services. Kirkland was noted for demonstrating creative strategies for litigation, patent prosecution, licensing and other transactional work.
