China Law & Practice Awards

China Law & Practice honored Kirkland with three awards at its sixth annual awards ceremony in Beijing, China. The Firm received awards for International Private Equity Team of the Year, M&A Deal of the Year (Youku and Tudou merger via stock swap) and Private Equity Deal of the Year (Bain Capital privatization of China Fire & Security). The winners, selected for innovation and excellence, were named following a rigorous, four-month evaluation process.
