Kirkland was honored at the 2012 Asia Pacific M&A Atlas Awards, hosted by the Global M&A Network in Hong Kong. The Firm won "Private Equity Deal of the Year (Large)" for Bain Capital's acquisition of China Fire and Security Group, Inc.
