America’s Best Corporate Law Firms

Kirkland ranked as a top 25 national corporate law firm in the 2013 Corporate Board Member/FTI Consulting's Best Corporate Law Firms study.

The study, which is the 13th annual, is compiled from a list of national corporate law firms using three national law firm rankings: The National Law Journal's Top 75, the American Law Top 75, and the Vault Overall 75 listed firms. The final 25 national law firms in America are selected based on the number of votes received from questionnaires sent to 9,500 directors and 1,557 general counsel of publicly traded companies.
