Patent Litigation Survey 2013

Kirkland was recognized as a leading firm in Corporate Counsel's 13th annual Patent Litigation Survey. The Firm was tied for second for the most overall cases in 2012, with 95 cases filed. Kirkland also ranked third for the most defense cases and eleventh for the most plaintiffs cases filed in 2012.

The survey includes patent lawsuits that were filed in federal district courts in 2012.
