M&A Advisor Awards

Kirkland was recognized for its work in three categories at the 2015 M&A Advisor Awards, held in New York on November 17, 2015. Kirkland won M&A Deal of the Year (over $5 billion) for its representation of The Special Committee of the Board of Directors of Statewide Mobility Partners in connection with its $5.7 billion sale of ITR Concession Company to IFM Investors; Technology Deal of the Year ($250 million to $500 million) for its work on the equity investment in Rx30 by GTCR; and M&A Deal of the Year ($100 million to $250 million) for its work on the sale of The Flexan Corporation to Linden Capital Partners. The annual M&A Advisor awards celebrate the leading M&A transactions, companies and dealmakers of each year.
