The Appellate Hot List

Kirkland was named to The National Law Journal’s 2016 Appellate Hot List. This year’s report highlights law firms that “won landmark U.S. Supreme Court decisions on closely watched cases” and “represented some of the most well-known companies.” Kirkland has been named to the annual list every year since 2012.

Kirkland was recognized for representing DIRECTV, LLC and Talen Energy Marketing, LLC at the U.S. Supreme Court, the National Football League Management Council at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the National Football League at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
