The American Lawyer selected Kirkland as the Transatlantic Debt Capital Markets Team of the Year at its 2017 Transatlantic Legal Awards, put on in conjunction with Legal Week and Corporate Counsel. The awards honor law firms for their work spanning the world’s two largest and most fiercely competitive markets who exhibit excellence in handling transatlantic matters across key areas of corporate, finance and disputes.
