IFLR Asia Awards 2018

International Financial Law Review (IFLR) recognized Kirkland & Ellis with two awards at the IFLR Asia Awards 2018. The Firm won “Private Equity Firm of the Year” and “Private Equity Deal of the Year” for its work representing CITIC Limited, CITIC Capital Holdings and The Carlyle Group on the formation of a partnership and company that will act as the master franchisee responsible for McDonald’s businesses in mainland China and Hong Kong for a term of 20 years. The annual IFLR Asia Awards celebrate legally innovative teams and deals in the Asia-Pacific region.
