Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) named Kirkland & Ellis “Trademark Contentious Firm of the Year: Northeast” and “Trademark Contentious Firm of the Year: West” at its 2018 Americas Awards. The awards recognize the best law firms and individuals for intellectual property in the United States, as well as Canada and Latin America. Winners are chosen by the magazine's research team, based on extensive interviews within the market.
