Thomson Reuters Loan Pricing Corporation: US 2018 Borrower Law Firm Leveraged by Number of Deals
Kirkland & Ellis ranked first by number of deals and by volume as legal adviser to borrowers in the U.S. for 2018. The Firm advised on 228 leveraged loan deals for a total of approximately $122.7 billion, which accounted for 27.4% of market share for the fiscal year.
