The Deal Awards Middle Market 2019

The Deal honored Kirkland & Ellis and four of its partners with three awards at The Deal Awards Middle Market.

Kirkland was recognized for its work advising Syncora Holdings Ltd. on its agreement to sell its American Roads subsidiary to global infrastructure investor DIF, which won “Industrials & Infrastructure Deal of the Year,” led by partners Mike Brueck and Patrick Jacobs. Kirkland transactional partner David Dixon was named “Dealmaker of the Year,” and transactional partner Kim Hicks was named “Energy, Power & Utilities Dealmaker of the Year.”

The inaugural awards program hosted by The Deal recognizes the leading lawyers, bankers, investors and advisers in middle-market transactions.
