Americas Tax Awards 2019

International Tax Review honored Kirkland & Ellis with two awards at the 14th annual Americas Tax Awards. Kirkland was named “Illinois Tax Firm of the Year” for the third year in a row and received an “Impact Deal of the Year” award for its work on Danaher’s acquisition of the Biopharma Business from General Electric Life Sciences. The awards recognize the most innovative firms and individual providers of tax services in the Americas between January 2018 and March 2019.
