Mergermarket European M&A Awards 2019

Mergermarket recognized Kirkland & Ellis as “European M&A Legal Adviser of the Year” at the annual Mergermarket European M&A Awards. Additionally, the buyout of Nestle Skin Health by a private equity consortium led by EQT Corporation was named “European M&A Deal of the Year.” Kirkland advised the consortium consisting of EQT and the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority in the transaction. The awards recognize financial and legal advisers’ excellence in M&A deals in Europe and are based on Mergermarket league tables and input from an independent judging panel.
